The white balsamico is the Allround vinegar In the Gölles balsam family, still a little green behind the ears. But you may also call him a Multitalent. This is probably the most likely.

Only best grapes are used for the production. White wine is fermented, then refined with thickened grape juice. In contrast to other white vinegars, the Gölles Balsamico is light in color and with wonderfully sweet-sour taste.
