The white balsamic is the Junker in the Gölles balsamic family, still a little green behind the ears. But you can also call it an all-rounder or multi-talent - that's probably the best way to describe it.

Only the best grapes are used in its production. Fermented from white wine, then refined with thickened grape juice. Unlike other white vinegars, the Gölles Balsamico is light in color and with a wonderful sweet-sour taste.
