SHIPMENT

• Our products are shipped by default via our fullfillment service provider, the company Emoose Gmbh ( www.emoose.de ) with DHL.
• Delivery is made to the countries listed below
• Of course you also have the possibility to have your order delivered to a packing station. To do this, we need the Packstation number, which you please add when entering your address.
• Switzerland Shipping special - Info: Depot outside of Switzerland with delivery addresses or postal addresses near the border in Germany or Austria to which you can have your orders delivered. Further information at: www.grenzpaket.ch or www.versanddepot.ch or www.deutsche-lieferadresse.com 

SWITZERLAND SPECIAL meineinkauf-ch Simple - Easy - Cheap - For customers in Switzerland, meineinkauf.ch offers a great shipping alternative. Your order will be treated like an order within Germany. For you, this means that from an order value of € 59.00, we deliver free of shipping costs. SHIPPING COSTS

The prices include the legal sales tax.

For private customers we charge a flat rate per order for shipping within Germany:

• DHL Standard Shipping Germany : 5,50 €
• from 59,00 € order value we deliver within Germany free of shipping costs

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional costs may be incurred in the form of customs duties or import taxes, which are to be borne by you. 

* B2B customers (dealers and resellers) we charge a flat rate per order for shipping within Germany:

• DHL standard shipping up to 31 kg per package € 7.90 (including packaging material).

Private customers we charge for shipping to Austria, Belgium, Netherlands flat rate per order:

• DHL standard shipping: € 11.90
• from 65,00 € order value delivery for a special price of only € 6,90 

* B2B customers (dealers and resellers) we charge for shipping to Austria, Belgium, Netherlands flat rate per order:

• DHL standard shipping up to 31 kg per package € 11.90 (including packaging material).

We charge for shipping to France, Italy, Luxembourg, Denmark, Ireland, United Kingdom (UK) and Poland flat rate per order:

DHL standard shipping: € 17.90
from 100,00 € order value delivery for a special price of only € 11,90

We charge for shipping to Spain and Sweden flat rate per order:

DHL Standard Shipping: 20,90 €
from 200,00 € order value delivery at a special price of only € 13,90 

We charge for shipping to Switzerland flat rate per order:

DHL Standard Shipping: 33,00 € (net without tax)

PAYMENT | accepted PAYMENT METHODS

We offer the following payment methods: You have the option to pay by PayPal , prepayment or Credit Card.

PayPal: when paying with PayPal you will be redirected directly to the PayPal site, where you log in with your data and confirm the payment process. The amount will be debited from your PayPal account immediately. Any refunds will also be credited to your PayPal account. Alternatively, you can also use the "Send Money" function of Paypal. Prepayment by bank transfer: The classic, as well as the easiest payment method. You transfer the invoice amount classically to our account with IBAN DE 22 5919 0000 0108 321 016 | BIC SABADE5S | BANK1Saar. Please urgently indicate your order number for the transfer. Afterwards we will ship your order as soon as the amount is credited to our account.

Credit cards: You can pay in the checkout process with Mastercard, VISA as well as American Express credit cards. This process is controlled STRIPE. Just enter your credit card details and the rest is automatic. 

You can select your preferred payment method within the order process in the store.
