For generations, the family has been pressing these delicious wines with great skill and ability, following family traditions that have been handed down over the generations. An absolute must for connoisseurs of good white wines with Mediterranean flair.

Description: Elegant white wine with lots of fruit. This wonderfully aromatic Verdejo from the house of Tres Pilares will delight all those who have a penchant for these incomparable aromas. Seductive bouquet of green apple, melon and citrus fruits and an elegant, fine style make this Verdejo a refreshing Spanish white wine par excellence.

Nasal components (smell): Medium to high intensity on the nose with a wide range of aromas: ripe fruits (peach and apricot), citrus notes (grapefruit, orange peel ) and fine nuances of balsamic herbs. Very interesting mineral background. All in all, a very complex structure. 

Remarkable how good Spanish white wines have become.

Goes well with fresh salads, for example with grilled prawns or fried chicken breast strips; exotic salads, fish and vegetarian dishes.

COLOUR and appearance: Bright yellow, very pure. A typical Spanish white wine, clean and bright in appearance, light straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. 

VINIFICATION : Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 21 days at low temperature (15 ° C). Maturation for 3-4 months on the fine lees. Cold maceration (6ºC) for 12 hours.

Alcohol content: 13.00 vol.%.
