All in all, an exceptional Spanish rosé wine with an excellent price-performance ratio.

This new organic Rosado wine comes from old vineyards. The vines are 25 to 30 years old. The DO Cigales region bears the seal of protected designation of origin D.O.. Cigales. The use of herbicides, fungicides and synthetic chemicals is completely avoided.

Description: Light pink in colour, on the nose we find aromas of fresh light fruits, a hint of cherry, subtle and elegant on the palate, delicate floral notes, good acidity structure. A Rosado that is very pleasantly out of the ordinary in Spain and rather reminiscent of very good French rose wines.

BODEGA: 
Enrique and Olga Pilar founded their small bodega in the late 90s. With few resources, but with great enthusiasm, they gave up their jobs in Madrid to follow their passion and build something of their own. The ideal microclimate, the good soil and the quality of the vines offer the best conditions for great wines. Passion, heart and product are right here.
The growing area: The DO Cigales lies to the west of the Ribera del Duero on a high plateau up to 800 m above sea level and has always been considered the real wine address of Castile. The Tempranillo grape is the focus here. The wines are predominantly pressed as rosé.

Serve: As if made as a terrace wine for the summer and as an accompaniment to grilled food and Mediterranean cuisine.
