De Ortegas is a pure family business with a clear commitment to organic cultivation. The olives come from the two family-owned fincas "Los Charquillos" and "Hoya Hermosa". With this Picual oil the family de Ortegas proves their traditional abilities. Awarded several times by the international jury.

Made from the varietiev Picual. Of course, these olives come from own cultivation. The balance of different properties and flavor varieties gives the Picual oil an exceptional quality and a very special mild note. The bouquet reminiscent of fresh herbs and grasses, green tomatoes with a touch of banana.

Taste: Medium sharpness and well balanced bitterness.

Best for: soups, pans, seafood and meat, cold plates and salads.
