Description: This Crianza presents itself in a dark cherry red colour, clear and radiant. The palate is flattered by intense aromas of ripe black fruit, which harmonise perfectly with subtle notes of wood. In addition, well-integrated acidity and a full, silky passage with a broad finish, intense in flavour and well-structured. Silky tannins and a well-integrated acidity as well as a long finish make this wine a real insider tip - and at a great price-pleasure ratio!

Recommendation: Excellent with Mediterranean cuisine, roasted dishes, grilled vegetables, pulses, rice dishes, pasta, fish, ham, chorizo, pâtés, roasted, braised or grilled meat, mild or semi-mature cheeses.

The winery: The Bodega Gomez de Segura is a traditional family business in the third generation. Today, the oenologist Ana Gomez de Segura runs the company. For Ana Gomez de Segura, quality comes before quantity, which is also reflected in her products. On 50 hectares of cultivated land in Rioja Alavesa, the grapes grow in harmony with nature and the environment. The average age of the vines is about 33 years.

The geographical location of the winery, the favourable microclimate as well as the clayey and chalky soil guarantee an extremely high quality standard year after year.
