Origin: Spain
Olive varieties: Coupage of approx. 90% Arbequina olives and approx. 10% Picual olives.
This high quality Spanish olive oil is especially suitable for daily use. Whether for cooking, frying or for salads and sauces, an absolute all-round talent.
As the name "Armoia" suggests, this oil is particularly harmonious. The high proportion of Arbeqiona olive oil in combination with the polyphenol-rich Picual olive oil form an optimal blend of flavours and intensity.
The Arbequina olive provides the necessary mildness. The Picual olive, on the other hand, brings a little spice and sharpness without being dominant. Above all, however, the picual share ensures that the oil is highly stable and long-lasting.

Producer - the Finca: The Tagus, the largest river on the Iberian Peninsula, forms a very typical landscape in the province of Toledo, which in the southern section reaches as far as the foothills of the mountains. On a slightly undulating topography, at about 400 to 600 metres above sea level, lie the olive groves of the family-run Casas de Hualdo.
The climate is harsh, with cold winters and dry, very hot summers. However, modern irrigation techniques can be used to specifically promote the quality of the fruit. The mill is located in the middle of the finca, so that the shortest distances from harvest to pressing ensure exceptional quality. A great deal of effort is put into controlling and checking every step. The finca has already been voted the best mill in Spain. The oils regularly win many national and international competitions.
Since the 90s, olives of the highest quality have been cultivated at Finca Casas de Hualdo to produce a complex and interesting oil.
Taste: mild and balanced, little pungency
