Ras el Hanout is a spice blend of Arabic origin.

Its ingredients are: Turmeric, fenugreek, coriander, fennel, aniseed, cumin, salt, hot paprika, black pepper and cinnamon.

You can vary the spices and every master has his own recipe.
It is a very aromatic and slightly spicy spice.

Use: It is very good for chicken or beef stews, lamb in sauce, couscous, rice, pulses like chickpeas or lentils, pasta and for various sauces and creams.
