We are very happy about the discovery of this product. An extraordinary salt, which we were allowed to experience thanks to a hint of our Spanish friend. After tasting and getting to know the manufacturer, it was clear: we would like to have this salt in our spices online department.  A mild salt with a rich bouquet of minerals and trace elements. Natural, only with the energy of sun and wind and free of chemical additives or microplastics.

Production / Origin: The salt comes from an underground saltwater river, in the Sierra Nevada, Granada. As soon as the water comes to the surface, it is collected in salt water basins. The Andalusian sun and temperature do the rest to evaporate the water. The result is an absolutely natural salt, free of any impurities. The salt is then smoked on oak using a natural process.
