Extra virgin olive oil as a base fat to make a unique chocolate, that was the original idea of the couple Francisco Ruiz and Eva Serena.

The company: In the olive heart of Spain, surrounded by countless olive trees, also affectionately known as "mar de olivos ( sea of olives)", this delicious and exceptional olive chocolate is made by hand. Francisco Ruiz and Eva Serena have thus followed their passion and created these unique compositions, which are all based on their own recipes.

Only selected and high quality raw materials are processed, which guarantee an excellent quality. The result is a delicious and consistent chocolate thanks to the extra virgin olive oil. 

Ingredients: cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifiers: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor, extra virgin olive oil (about 5%), cacao min. 65%.
