Drinking temperature: approx. 8°- 10°c

Vinification: The grapes, harvested strictly by hand, are pressed with pneumatic presses to ensure the fineness of the process. The must is then cooled to

8 °C and decanted.
Selected yeasts are then added to initiate and carry out alcoholic fermentation, which takes place at a controlled temperature (14-15 °C) in order to preserve and enhance all the characteristic aromatic components as much as possible.
