Prosecco Rosé, made from a harmonious blend of 85% Glera grapes Prosecco Doc and 15% Pinot Noir.

Fermentation in an autoclave using the Charmat method, 60 days on the lees according to regulations.

Description: This Prosecco Rosé Brut Millesimato has a delicate, bright pink colour and a fine, persistent perlage. It exudes a pleasant, fragrant bouquet with floral notes typical of the Glera grape and fruity notes of cherries and small red berries of Pinot Nero. 

The palate is characterised by freshness and persistence, softness and balance, a combination of acidity and friendliness, pleasant floral and fruity notes.

Recommendation: Prosecco Doc Rosé has a versatile soul, an excellent choice for a good aperitif, undoubtedly perfect with fresh cheeses, first courses, delicate main courses, raw fish, oysters and shellfish.
