El Ventilador Blanco Fresco Organic white wine DO Valdejalón. A very fresh Spanish organic wine with protected designation of origin DO Valdejalon. With intense notes of citrus fruits, white flowers and tropical fruits, this wine is silky and elegant and full of fruity and floral sensations.

The wine comes from exclusive vineyards with over 25 years of history. A harmonious cuvée that combines freshness and fruit intensity.

Description: El Ventilador Blanco has a bright lemon yellow colour with greenish reflections in the glass. Aromatically fresh, clean and intense, with pleasant notes of citrus fruit, white flowers, pear and tropical fruit. In the mouth it shows volume and body, but at the same time it is silky and elegant, easy to drink, with a well-integrated acidity that gives it freshness and persistence and evokes fruity and floral sensations.

Serving suggestions: Ideal with seafood, paellas, fish with mild sauces, pasta and foie gras.

Recommended drinking temperature: 10°C - 12°C

THE BODEGA: VINOS LOPEZ WINES is a family winery founded in 1970 by the paternal grandfather. The winery belongs to the DO Valdejalón (protected designation of origin) and is located in Epila near Zaragoza, at an altitude of 500-600 metres above sea level.

At Vinos López, quality and respect for nature go hand in hand. With 60 hectares of certified organic vineyards, the family business is committed to sustainable viticulture. Carefully selected grape varieties grow on the company's own vineyards with their rich and varied soils. The older vines, which are over 40 years old, are cultivated using press training, while the younger vines, which are less than 40 years old, benefit from vertical axis training. This approach not only optimises the quality of the grapes, but also respects the natural balance of the environment and guarantees wines of exceptional flavour and purity.
