Description: Bright lemon-yellow colour with straw-yellow reflections. Fresh and clean aroma, with great fruity intensity and notes of citrus fruit, white flowers, stone fruit and tropical fruit, complemented by roasted undertones from the barrel. On the palate, it combines volume and structure with suppleness and elegance. Fruity, with well-integrated acidity that brings freshness and persistence, it is full of fruity and floral sensations, enriched with toasted notes that add further complexity.

Serving suggestions: Goes very well with fish, seafood, mild dishes and light salads. Particularly suitable with delicatessen or steamed vegetables. Also excellent as an evening companion and for festive occasions. It is an authentic ambassador for the wine culture of Spain.

Recommended drinking temperature: 10°C - 12°C

Vinification: After destemming, the grapes are macerated on the skins for 24 hours at 10ºC, which improves the aromatic quality and structure on the palate. Fermentation is controlled with indigenous yeasts in vats at a temperature of 18 to 20°C, using French oak barrels with a capacity of 600 litres to preserve the integrity of the fruit flavours.

THE BODEGA: VINOS LOPEZ WINES is a family winery founded in 1970 by the paternal grandfather. The winery belongs to the DO Valdejalón (protected designation of origin) and is located in Epila near Zaragoza, at an altitude of 500-600 metres above sea level.

At Vinos López, quality and respect for nature go hand in hand. With 60 hectares of certified organic vineyards, the family business is committed to sustainable viticulture. Carefully selected grape varieties grow on the company's own vineyards with their rich and varied soils. The older vines, which are over 40 years old, are cultivated using press training, while the younger vines, which are less than 40 years old, benefit from vertical axis training. This approach not only optimises the quality of the grapes, but also respects the natural balance of the environment and guarantees wines of exceptional flavour and purity.
