Description: It is characterised by its intense cherry red colour with ruby reflections. Fresh and intense aroma, with notes of red and black forest fruits. On the palate, the wine is balanced, with a pleasant passage, elegant and delicate tannins and a toasted note from the barrel. It offers an intense flavour and a long aftertaste with notes of red and black fruits and a soft roasted aroma.

Serving suggestions: Ideal with pasta, cheese and savoury meat dishes. Every sip tells a story of tradition and passion. Also ideal as a gourmet wine for single drinkers.

Recommended drinking temperature: 14°C - 16°C

Vinification: The grapes are partially destemmed and gently crushed, followed by a 5-day maceration before fermentation at 10ºC to intensify the fruit aromas and colour intensity. Controlled fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 25ºC and daily racking helps to improve the aromatic quality and structure in the mouth. After 30 days, the wine is racked and then matured for 8-10 months in 600-litre French oak barrels to achieve complexity and elegance.
