Description: A modern wine with a very lively and bright strawberry colour. The nose is open, clean and intense, with clear blackberry and cherry fruit, with floral and aniseed notes. The finish is elegant and pleasantly fresh, with an aftertaste of ripe fruit. Ideal for the warm season.

Serving recommendation: With a recommended drinking temperature of 10º, it is the ideal accompaniment to tapas, fish, charcuterie and lightly matured cheese.

THE BODEGA: 
Enrique and Olga Pilar founded their small bodega in the late 90s. With few resources, but with great enthusiasm, they gave up their jobs in Madrid to follow their passion and build something of their own.
The ideal microclimate, the good soil and the quality of the vines offer the best conditions for great wines. Here, passion, heart and product are right.
The DO Cigales is located west of the Ribera del Duero on a high plateau up to 800 m above sea level and has always been considered the real wine address of Castile. The Tempranillo grape is the center of attention here.
