Description: Garnet red colour with bluish reflections that indicate youth and longevity, of medium intensity. On the nose, it has a great aromatic intensity with aromas of black fruit (blackberry, plum) that fade into nuances of wood ageing, with spicy notes of vanilla and clove.
It is intense on the palate with a balanced ratio of alcohol and acidity.

The result is a harmonious interplay of fruity richness and subtle spicy nuances, accompanied by velvety tannins. Elegant and soft structure. Complex, lingering aftertaste.

THE BODEGA: 
Enrique and Olga Pilar founded their small bodega in the late 90s. With few resources, but with great enthusiasm, they gave up their jobs in Madrid to follow their passion and build something of their own.
The ideal microclimate, the good soil and the quality of the vines offer the best conditions for great wines. Here, passion, heart and product are right.
The DO Cigales is located west of the Ribera del Duero on a high plateau up to 800 m above sea level and has always been considered the real wine address of Castile. The Tempranillo grape is the center of attention here.
