Description: Aged for at least 36 months, this premium rosé cava is turned by hand with the utmost care and precision. The result is a perfect composition of intense flavours that enchant the palate. Fresh notes of pink grapefruit peel, juicy red apples and ripe cherries give this cava an unrivalled freshness and vibrancy. Elegant rosé colour, bright and clean with a fine perlage. A mousse that spreads evenly and forms a very fine, delicate and persistent crown.

Nose: Intense aromas of pink grapefruit peel, red apples and cherries. Subtle notes of aromatic wild herbs. Mineral notes of wet limestone on the finish.

Palate: Dry, fresh, fantastic acidity, great structure and volume. Fine bubbles that leave a creamy mouthfeel. Explosion of red fruits; red apple, cherries and redcurrants.

Serving recommendation: Serve between 6º and 8ºC in a medium-sized glass, slightly closed at the top. Pour very carefully around the rim of the glass to preserve the perlage.
Excellent with meat tartare or red tuna. Also with intensely flavoured shellfish and molluscs such as prawns. And of course with dried tomatoes in oil and matured sheep's cheese.
