Frantoio Olive: The olive variety Frantoio originally comes from Italy, more precisely from the region of Tuscany, and the name is a synonym for the term oil mill. Depending on the growing region, the variety is also known by other names such as Frantoiano, Infrantoio, Pendaglio, Raggiolo, Razzo, Correggiolo or Crognolo. 

This olive variety produces a very stable and high quality extra virgin oil. The tree is very robust and produces a high yield. For optimal quality of productivity, the Frantoio olive plant must be left in a cold environment for a long period of time.
