Three generations of winemakers have succeeded in adapting the Sauvignon Blanc variety, originally native to France, to the Spanish climate in the best possible way.

Description: Medium intensity nose, fruity and floral notes of orange peel and grapefruit. Vegetal aromas with subtle anise notes are also perceptible. In the mouth pleasant entrance, long with medium intensity. In the aftertaste this wine reminds us of citrus tones (tangerine).

COLOR: Straw yellow color with greenish tones, clean and bright.

RECOMMENDATION: It goes well with fish, white meat and rice.

The Bodega: The bodega was founded in 2013 and emerged from a deep-rooted family tradition. Juan Antonio, Eustaquio and Jaime, are the three pillars of the family business. The three brothers have a long winemaking history of more than fifty years and cultivate with great dedication more than 70 hectares of an ancient vineyard. Full of care, they devote themselves to every step of the wine's journey from the roots, to the grape, to the creation of a sublime Verdejo wine that stimulates all the senses of the wine drinker.

The vineyards are located in the heart of the D.O.Rueda wine region, more precisely on the edge of the La Seca district. Contrasting soils, varied soils and an ideal climate for the cultivation of the GRAPES characterize this land.

VINIFICATION : Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 21 days at low temperature (15 ° C). Aging for 3-4 months on the fine yeast. Cold maceration (6ºC) for 12 hours.

Alcohol content: 12.50 vol.%.
