DESCRIPTION: A classic, semi-dry, oak-aged Amontillado, light amber in colour, smooth and full with a nutty aroma. A sherry for all occasions. Whether as an aperitif, with tapas or as an accompaniment to fine food, the Leyenda Medium will delight on any occasion. 

The BODEGA: The house of M. Gil. Luque, founded in 1760, is one of the few remaining family businesses in this area and enjoys a good reputation worldwide. No mass-produced products are made here, but rather sherries produced according to the traditional "solera method", which fulfil the highest standards.

RECOMMENDATION: A medium sherry should ideally be between 12° and 14°C cold when served, depending on how and on what occasion it is served.

It can be enjoyed wonderfully as an aperitif, but also goes extremely well chilled with pâté, quiche and any kind of spicy dish such as curried rice.
