Description: The olfactory notes are delicate and discreet, but clearly perceptible. They recall the smell of freshly picked fruit. On the palate, this mild grappa is elegant and balanced. Ideally suited to please the most discerning palates. 

Grape varieties: Pinot Grigio, Pinot Neroe and in small quantities other autochthonous varieties from the region.

In sum, a very mild grappa with a fruity character at the same time.

Recommended consumption: Rather cool to drink. Also suitable for cocktails.

Distillation: Grappa "Leon Gran Morbida" comes from a careful extraction process which consists of 5 different distillations. Before bottling, the distillate rests for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.

The Castagner distillery is located in Vazzola in the province of Treviso, at the foot of the beautiful hills of Conegliano in the heart of the best wine-growing area.
