This rosé sparkling wine is not only popular with women. Even "hard men" succumb to the charm of the balanced fruit. Its bright pink colour, delicate floral aromas and bright, lively taste are presented in an elegant and refreshing style. 

Vinification of this wine features a four-week second fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This method allows the natural production of a French sparkling wine with fine perlage.

The fruit is in the foreground, a discreet, well-integrated acidity rounds off the varied taste experience. 

The producer: Distilerie des Moisans. The family business Moisans was founded by Monsieur Roland BRU in the 1960s. It all began with the purchase of the first vineyards. He followed in the footsteps of his father-in-law Georges Guimard, who came from a large family from Angoumoisine. Today, his daughter Véronique Legaret and his grandson Roland, assisted by Olivier Petit, have taken over the management of this beautiful house.

The estate extends over 60 hectares in Fins Bois and Petite Champagne. This region of the AOC Cognac is particularly known for the full-bodiedness of the eaux-de-vie produced there. The ageing cellars are either buried in the ground or built on the hillside.

Perfect as an aperitif or simply for a good mood in a social gathering.
