The BODEGA: The house M. Gil Luque, founded in 1760, Luque is one of the few surviving family businesses in the region and enjoys a good reputation worldwide. Here, no mass products are produced, but quality Sherries according to the traditional "Solera method", which meet the highest standards in their level.

DESCRIPTION: A classic, semi-dry amontillado aged in oak, of light amber color, mild and full with a nutty flavor. A sherry for all occasions.

RECOMMENDED: A medium sherry should be cooled, between 12 and 14 ° C, depending on the type and occasion.

It can be enjoyed as an aperitif, but it also fits well with pate, quiche and all kinds of hot dishes such as curry rice.
