Description: The basis of the "Curry Powder" are the typical spices used in Madras curry:
Turmeric, coriander seeds, cumin, fenugreek and black pepper. In addition, the five senses of taste were used: sweet, sour, salty, bitter and umami. To give the curry an authentic balance, only natural ingredients were used. Finally, the curry is perfected by the most expensive spice in the world: saffron!

In order to find the best and most authentic spices at their source, the manufacturer traveled to Kerala (India) and many special ingredients were sourced worldwide.
