Aceto Balsamico or Balsamic Vinegar is a vinegar from the Italian province of Modena or the province of Reggio Emilia. This is a regional specialty, so to speak.
The Italian specialty is characterized by its dark brown color and a sweet and sour taste. We offer acetos of different ages.
The older such a vinegar, the thicker (more concentrated) and sweeter it becomes.
